Can some one tell me how to plumb my wastegate i got cheap off ebay its 40mm also can you tell me how to tell how to control how much boost i get as im new to this any help thank you.

By plumb the wastegate you mean connect it to the manifold.....That is how you do it!! get a boost controller to control how boost you want. Ebay gates should have a 6 or 7 psi spring in them. Do you know what pressure it is??? Sounds like you should search the internet for some pics, or have a look in the gallery. Mine has a good pic which should help you out.

What i mean is the hole in the top and the hole on the side what do i do with them

The line from the manifold goes to the bottom fitting. Tee off this line to the boost control solenoid, then to the top fitting on the gate.
