Got the car back, but from going from the 13 psi pulley wich i got 9psi on before, and then back to the 9 psi pulley and the car made 5.5psi wich is the same it made before the intercooler??,not sure why its doing that.So the car went from 236rwkw at 9 psi without intercooler and with 13 psi pulley, and 210rwkw with intercooler at 5.5psi,with 9 psi pulley.
Autotech engineering done a brilliant job. And after a few dyno runs and a tune the intake temprature was seeing consistant temps of 30-35 degrees...id say it would see lower when driven out on the street.

Nice intake temps! Sounds like you need to put the 13psi pulley back in and re-tune....the intercooler should be making the most of the smaller pulley which previously would have been heating the air up too much, but won't be now.
The work looks great. Good power for 5.5psi regardless. Joe

Maybe try going back to the 13psi pulley.
You've installed a under-drive crankshaft pulley in the past and you've forgot to vector that in with the sizing of the blower pulley? Check bov. BTW, what was your power reading without the intercooler at 5.5psi?

Thanks guys...i pulled the 13psi pulley off, because it made the supercharger unreliable.
Yeah underdrive pulley came off and stock harmonic balancer went back on,havent had a thourow check of the bov`s but a quick check of them showed all was good. Its hard to say because it was having fuel issues but it got to 196rwkw at 5.5 psi before intercooler.....and made 236rwkw at 9 psi with 13psi pulley? But with the 210rwkw timing hasent been added because sct dont support the first flash boxes anymore so i have to get another one so timing can be added...so there should be a little more power from that. And i told my tuner that the supercharger didnt like spinning this hard, and said to me why not put the smaller pulley back on and then he will lower the rev cut to 5000rpm so the blower wont spin as hard but will get me more boost sooner. But the drivability of the car is so much better than it was before and i can really notice that the boost even at 5.5psi comes on earlier and smoother than it did when the car was running at 9 psi. So im happy that the car feels better to drive than before, but not so happy the dyno says different.

What are the sizes of the crank and s/c pulleys mate?
best way to make sure you're not over spinning the blower is to calculate the rotational ratio. harmonic pulley size divided by the blower pulley size = ratio engine max rpm X ratio = blower rpm. eg: crank 6.5" divided by blower 2.7" = 2.4 ratio engine max rpm 5700 X 2.4 ratio = max blower pulley speed 13680rpm. you'll probably find that if you change down to a 2.5" pulley, you're no way near the recommended max rpm of the blower. btw, what is the max internal rpm of the blower? anyways, hope you get the tunes sorted so you can run smaller pulleys for maximum fun.

this is the ratio for the raptor v..
The bearings can handle up to 60krpm. (59mm pulley12psi).. this is whats on mine.. How to calc your speed Crank pulley diameter divided by blower pulley diameter = 2.85 approx.. Engine RPM (5700) x 2.85 x blower internal ratio (3:1) x 3 = 48735rpm |

Ahh i see my rev limiter is at 6250rpm could this be the problem?

Yes ive had to send it back to tim 3 times but it isnt to bad as tim is good to deal with...and fixes it under warrenty even though i dont think you get warrenty anymore when going over the 9-11 pulley.
But as the ute is my work ute i need it to be fairly reliable.

All done!!.....smaller pulley was refitted and rev limiter was droped to 5500rpm.....and the difference was amazing my mid range is very strong, throttle response awsome....and overall im very happy the ute made 8 psi at 5500rpm with the smaller 13psi pulley, and it was making 9psi at 6250rpm before the intercooler with the smaller pulley......so the boost i would have lost would have been next to nothing,so mission accomplished!.....i know there would have had to have been some loss of boost,or the cooler wouldnt have enough time to cool the air travelling threw it,and it wouldnt work.

Good to hear that everything is all nice and sound. BTW, what was you're final reading at 8psi @ the wheels?
