start with getting the turbo, mount it on the exhaust, select your intercooler size, then measure up the engine bay and draw a scale diagram as a guide

Id say as a guess youd want a 90 from the turbo, two 45s to step around the radiator, two 90s to get into the intercooler, and then a 45, and two nineties to get into the engine bay, then maybe a few to get to the throttle body? Check out chefs route in his turbo setup, and you should see. He showed where he ran his lines.

Just buy 90's, I found 45 were only $2 cheaper then the 90's. Cut one 90 in half and you have two 45 for half the price...

Not to sound negative, but if you don’t have any money, this mightn’t be the right time to be turbo'ing your car...

How did you ever get to be such a help man?? I wish I was as much of a help as you.

As Andrew J said, check out the pics and threads of some of the other guys who have turbos on here. Maybe even PM some of them and they might be able to give you some good pics?

I used 6 90 degree bends. i'd bought heaps of 45's as well but never used them. Ask an exhaust shop if you can return unused bends.

There is a little straight bit on the bends and that was enough.

I have cold side here off michaels car if you want to copy????
We can weld and polish if you want?
I can get mandrel bends for around $25 each and in most cases straight pipe is not required as the bends are long..
The e-bay pipes ?? I'd be using the wider angle bends for better flow...
