the KKR430 arrived today but I'm going to swap it for a 480, the hot side is way too small, I didn't think it was actually that small, they are going to swap it over, I might need a slightly higher stall now but better than choking the s**t out of the motor and blowing it up on the highway with a car on the trailer.

Yep they are for SR20's etc...
You MAY have issues with wastegate being too small also??
Price around $850.00 ????

"Nitro you are lucky.. You can use Mazda Turbo maniflds I guess?? From 625 turbo..."

Mine has a Mazda G6 engine. Haven't actually gone looking at alternative manifolds. The plan is to utilise a standard exhaust manifold and j-pipe it. From the other side of the turbo I can run straight over to the throttlebody. Piece of piddle.

Matt from Hi-Tech and Jake have both offered help and made suggestions.

Every other so-called "Turbo expert" couldn't understand the concept of low boost kicking in and finishing early.

Umm ?? Think about it ... What would have more exhaust flow???
a twin cam 2 ltr or lazy 4.1, 6? The wastegate on those turbo's are lucky to be 20mm and check how bad the exit is on wastegate it has 90* bend then hits exhaust from turbine and another 90* turn causing all sorts of turbulance..Bad design and NOT modern by todays stds...It will spool early though...
