Hi guys just putting my new motor back together and i have a stock cam in the head i am using now, i also have a crow cam code 2519 in my XR6 head. Now i was wondering if this cam would be any good for my turbo set up or would i be better off keeping the stock one in for now?

Thats the cam i chose for my car. I thought it would be pretty good for a mild upgrade with boost. Not to much overlap. Can't help with numbers though as it isn't finnished. If i finnish before you ill let you know. Hope it all works out good man. Let us know how it comes out.

i rang crow cams today and the guy reckons the cam will be fine.
he said the L/C needs to be a minimum of 112 and it is 112 on the 549. he said if i were to run anything over 10psi he would go the 519 which has 113 L/C

Fit better valve springs !! Boosted engines require them..

Will do. I try to make it a habit even if a stockish cam is being put in.
