So I pulled off the turbo today, and never disregard that 1% u wernt sure about something, the oil drain was blocked with gasket goo, cleaned it fixed it, and put a more appropriate amount of gasket goo on, and voila. Problem fixed, thanks to everyone who made suggestions and tried to help out. Appreciate it
