Simple answer is... You cant unless you get it flash tuned.

you can run an aftermarket boost controller and give it more boost, you dont necessarily need to flash tune it (although a custom tune is ideal, and recomended)

i had my car running 14 psi through a greddy electonic boost controller, had it checked on the dyno and it was running safe....

so yes, there is another way of doing it...

i thought you have to bypass the boost control solanoid???
