Well one of my old school mates has got him self a turbo XF with a T5 in it.
He needs to get it tuned more but f**k it hammers in 2nd gear & up :lol:

usually they do go hard with a booster strapped on its side!

1st doesnt give enuff load to spool to full boost so its not a massive kick in first...
i have an xf turbo too... they are FUN!!! WOOHOOO!!!

guy i know from shepperton used to have an XF turbo and yeah, reckoned it absolutly flew when running right.

He popped piston number 3 when the wastegate got stuck wide open and it boosted to 32PSI! He originally though it was starting to run real well b4 looking at the booste gauge - then realised he was frying the both tyres in top gear at 130km/h, then bang.

yeah thats the one :? i know sweet f/a about wastegates n turbos so yeah, that would be the one.

haha 32 psi?? was prob pushn out lotsa ponies for the short time at 32 psi!! 130 kmh with wheel spin?? :lol: :shock: 32 psi would be telling lambos n ferraries to get outa the way!! :lol:
