Hi guys just after some advice. I have a xr6t thats going in to get tuned at bluepower and long story short after that im going to need a new bottom end if i want more out of the car. Soooo i was wondering if it would be worth :
Buying a F6 bottom end and building that or Buying another XR6t bottom end and building that or Buying a NA 4L bottom end and building that. Now considering they are all the same displacement and would be getting new rods pistons ect, would it make a difference between the blocks? I would be using my head and accessories if that makes a difference? |

How much power are you looking for mate? F6 bottom end is good for abit over 400rwkw.
If you were going to get a bottom end built you could build it to whatever power you would like to make. No point buy an F6 motor and getting it built stronger,May aswell just build ether the motor you have now or build another xr6t motor.

next week aiming for 340+rwkw with my current setup, looking to the future and it seems that if i want over 400 internals are whats restricting me so yeah just tossing up weather i should slowly build a another bottom end while i use this one for the time being.

Recently Joe from CMS changed a bottom end on a BF Turbo and replaced it with the F6 FG one, the mian difference was where the dipstick fits.

What about the Dedicated Gas engine . Higher compression, and already has the F6 or Typhoon rods in it from the factory. Just add the fuel injection, turbo and a cam? I could be Wrong but isnt that a cheeper way . Like $700 complete gas engines off ebay.
Flame me if i'm wrong (most likely) Or make me your king if i'm right. (highly unlikely)

(highly unlikely) unfortunatly he wants to push the car further than any of the stock bottom ends will go

If its over 400rwkw that would be a great way to go about it.
