if your after the best it just depends on what u want to use it for (road, strip, track, dyno or burnouts) and what power figures your after. the best power or reliability? the GT35\40 is a good reliable turbo for the i6 with plenty of potential but im not the person to ask cos i would recommend a supercharger. there are plenty of threads available for information on the best setup for your application, try using the search.

Snort exhaust, T04Z with .84 A.R...
Rated at 800 h.p spool good, more durable than Gt35/40...T04 turbine also.. Tial or Turbosmart wastegate and bov... Atleast 42 Lb injectors, Walbro 255 intank fuel pump.. Stand alone ECU .. 3" dump pipe, cat straight through muffler and exhaust ... http://www.snortperformance.com/ford_fa ... o_kits.htm Some parts you won't require ?? An S400 SX designed to work on 3.5 / 6.0 motors would do the job at half the price also...

6boost is durable construction but with the single entry turbine.
snort has the twin entry turbine but I question the durability of it. The manifold looks bling, just like the cheap Chinese ones but the thin walled Chinese ones are prone to cracking. The manifold really should be made out of thick wall steam pipe whether stainless steel or mild steel for it to have a long crack free life.

My 6Boost manifold is twin entry. He does a really nice job of it too. Mine was the first twin entry he had made for the e-series I6.

There's no comparison between the Snort manifold and the Chinese ones. The Snort manifold is made of 3.2mm aircraft-grade stainless steel. The 6boost manifold is made of 3.6mm steam pipe. Either one is a top quality product that you won't go wrong with. Some just prefer stainless, others prefer mild.
