Old mate never said he had a budget of $5,000, he said $5k worth of bolt ons, which is probably close for what he's mentioned.
As the others have said, 92mm tb is way too big. Run with a 65, or 70mm max. You will need to upgrade the MAF to at least an AU housing with your stock electrics. You'll peg that stock MAF once it's all fitted, with the cam you'll need to get any real benefit out of that combo. With all that in, you're going to need a set of at least 24lb injectors, because your 19s will max out well before peak power, which will come once you've had it tuned, which is required to run all these things...

I did 168rwkw untuned Regarding old mates 5k worth of bolt ons everything is pretty well ok except for the throttle, 65mm is good for 450 at the fly. I would at least put an AU 70mm maf body and a T3 or 220 XR8 cam in it aswell as the 1.7's and you will easily hit 300fwkw
