Hi all, Have put the new motor in, and there is a fair distance from the fan to the radiator, as we know these motors run warm at the best of times. Looking for cooling options, will I need to run thermos and if so 1 or 2.

Cheers 8-)

Im running a set of twin AU fans on my Maverick with the 5.0 EFI Windsor in it.
They fit the standard 4.2 radiator easily with a couple of tiny mods.
Only time mine has got warm was when towing a 1000+kg camping trailer down the freeway at 130 on a 35 degree day. The motor but was stuffed. It was that low on comp you could turn it over by hand when it come out so I think thats more the reason it got hot then anything else.

Based on that fact my Mum is the best around!

What year is your Maverick?

What sort of fuel system is fitted to the Clevo?

Is the Marv road registered?

Had sorta the same problem in my mercury. Why dont you keep the mechanical fan and just get a bigger spacer? You can get up to 3in factory ford ones fairly easy.
