g'day cobber

just curious weather or not your engine was ballanced and what condition your harmonic ballancer is in. if you intend to hold it on redline for burnout comp's might be a sound investment

Ummm no it wasnt, it was just a bog stock daily driver. Its hard to believe that a misfire on a stocky would crack a block like it did, maybe the higher octane fuel had a bit to do with it? The beauty of this new block is it comes ballanced and set up ready to go with a PowerBond Race steel balancer. It was being built up to go into a speedboat and has some wild cam in it at the moment, but its coming out and Ill go for something a bit milder...
Any suggestions on heads, intake manifold and is it worth increasing injector size?
