Any gains? Try 250kW standard!!
Best version of the Windsor to come out in the AUs.

A mate of ours has the Series 3 TE50 with the 347 stroker and let me tell you that thing has a lot of grunt for a windsor. That motor would still run rings around the BA XR8. He got 13.6 out of it down the 1/4 mile. The ute you are talking about was a limited edition.

Imo MORE than that as they make 240+ rwkw....This was done by two seperate cars on same dyno with good exhaust only mod on one of them....2 rwkw extra...

I have a Pursuit 250 and wouldn't give it up for anything. The one thing that does worry me is that you are only 20. I'd be ringing your insurance company first and getting a quote on both the Pursuit and the BA. The money you'll be saving on the Pursuit may be costing you on the insurance.

Certainly the toughest stock Windsor made; they go/sound/look awesome and there is still improvements to come from what other owners say with different mods.
240rwkw sounds insane for a (said to be) 250fwkw car, im not saying impossible tho as these things go.
Id suggest get insurance quote for both, DRIVE both yourself then you will know exactly where the ball has landed in the court.

Enjoy.

I would say the BA would cost more on insurance cause it's market value is still higher. Either way they will d**k you and each year when insurance time comes around you will be broke for a month.
And 240rwkw IS f**k insane... :D:D

Not necessarily true.

I got quoted on a BA XR6 Turbo and it was less expensive to insure than my AU2 XR6. I have a perfect driving record and I am over 25. Insurance companies go on statistics more than anything else.

There have been allot more AU2's stolen than BA's. This is what makes the premiums higher than the later model cars, because they have more statistics on earlier models.

You're probably right Shugg, but it doesn't make much sense. Insurance companies are scum, and I severely dislike them. In fact I carry photo's of all the major Insurance Co. CEO's in my wallet so I can ID them on sight and administer beatings.
