will i see any gains by fitting a 70mm maff? i already got a big snorkel and k&n filter but only stock tb and not sure if its worth it. i will need bigger tb and maf in the future when i do heads and cam but i can get this maf cheap at the moment but im a tad short on funds so if there is no gain to be made with just the maf ill let it slide. any help would be great.
this is for my elxr8. thanks

This may be a good place to start your research (& keep for future research on upgrading the 5.0L Windsor)
http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=334773 Of interest to this topic is point 5. The stock MAF flows more than the stock engine can use at 6000rpm, let alone at the 4500rpm power peak. In fact, it flows almost the same as a 65mm tb. So your answer is no, don't bother with it yet.
