Been trying to rack my brains over this for the past 3 weeks and im not winning at all

Ok so this is what happened my mates car was going he took it out of the shed washed it put it back in the shed. Next day goes to take it out and nothing. it Turns over and thats it. Fuel pump is constantly on shouldnt it prime and which off before you start the car?

So i thought it was the replays tested and replaced them. No go
Put brand new Fuel pump in. it also stays constantly on, Cleaned fuel filter
Checked for injector pulse with noid light no pulse

Checked to see if power going to the injectors yes it has power then checked the earth pin on the injector and that lights up. when car is off but when you goto start the car the earth goes out not sure if thats how its design or he should have earth/power all the time ?

It has spark and i can fire it up if i put petrol down the thorttle body.

I can make fuel come out of the fuel rail by pressing that little valve.

Ive checked all the earths in the car that i can find all seem good, checked all fuses etc..

Pretty sure smart lock is working as intended interior light on and smart lock on dash goes out when u try to start the car. pulled the smartlock unit out to check joints but nothing looks cracked or dodgey

Im hoping this isnt a bem/ecu issue

Any help would be awesome/ideas ive search for countless posts and on google this seems to happen alot but not solid solution on how to fix it as it can be many things causing it lol.

issue found faulty ECU. managed to get a 2nd hand one from a sparky that deals in fords local
