hi. i got and ef 5L. its got a standard exhaust. i want a new 1. wat would be better, single 2 1/2 or twin 2 1/2. for the best sound would i need hi flow cat and stainless exhaust or just get sports exhaust??? anyone please

twin system sound the best but is more expensive (sounds deeper over single). Single is less expensive an is fine for a stock e7 ho combo. Sound comes from how many mufflers you use and what type and brand. Run one muffler in the middle and a hotdog at the tail pipe for good sound and no droning. Less mufflers you have the louder it is, but the more it sounds like a truck and WILL drone on a stock car.

Highflow cats will make you car a little bit louder, extractors will alter exhuasts tone but wont increase sound level like cats. You can run either single 3inch or twin 2 1/4, difference is price.

To sound like the top one just cut the mufflers off and install a flowmaster 40 series muffler. I had one on my F truck and it sounded just like that.

The bottom one I don't think has mufflers at all.
