What will I need from the fair lane to make it fit

At a guess I'd say crossmember along with a brake and suspension upgrade.

Will fit in existing engine bay,Has been done. From memory the AU didnt like the extra weight from the boss motor and made it a nose heavy pig to drive. Stick with a stroked 302 much easier conversion in the long run.

Hmm, ok proven wrong, Thanks Heath.
Maybe it was the quad cam that didn't fit too well, and yeah heavy as hell compared to a stroked 302. Take it out to 347ci. and a good top end combo, it will out perform the G220 motor everyday of the week, and maintain reliability as well.
