A mechanic could charge you $80+ per hour and take a half a day. You may need a new timing chain kit, lifters and pushrods.

You will also need a new set of valve springs & retainers, I'd also replace the timing set. You will need a front timing cover gasket set, intake gaskets... To maximise the new camshaft a revised tune would be advisable. Costwise for a mechanic to do this as a drive in drive out, I doubt you'd have much/any change out of $2000.
