Hey guys,

How much fuel would an AU LTD 5.0 consume?
On petrol and on gas (both highway and city)

Thanks.

in stock form and depending on how you drove i reckon you could achieve around 14-15l/100km round town and around 10-12 on the highway, give or take as there are a few variables as well, like the condition of the car, traffic conditions, type of terrain etc etc.

It's hard to say, i have got an AU Lane 5.0 and i'm getting between 450 to 500 k's out of a tank.
It's going on LPG in the next couple of weeks but it depends on what kind of setup you have, i'm actually buying a mixer from the UK instead of the basic spud mixers they run here, i'll let you know how that goes.
Waggin is getting at best i think 400 out of a tank of LPG.
In all honesty it all comes down to how you drive it, and ease off from the lights... i only put my foot down when i have to so i conserve fuel.

You looking at buying one? DO you have a link? I'm also looking :P
Remember also that the AU LTD's got the more powerful (185kw) engine.

By the time i'm finished doing basic mods it will be well up on 185 mate, the 5.0 is an easy engine to get moving.
This is the mixer i'm looking at purchasing:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... %3AIT&rd=1

Around $187 aus.
I'll be ordering the 80 mm mixer.
