Hi all, The questions are. How much difference dose the phenolic spacer make, HP wise? Will the GT-40 one fit on the Cobra manafold or is there a different one? and will the 3/8 one fit under the bonnet of my AUII XR8 ute?

3/8" will fit
Not sure about HP increase, but it will be minimal.
GT40/Explorer/Cobra/Sprint - All same

It will fit, as I have one. As for HP increase - most likely minimal. But it does increase low end torque by increasing the runner length - shifted the torque curve on my lower - did nothing else.

It looks good though :)

GT40 and Cobra are different in the fact that the bolts are different lengths, I think the GT40 and explorer manifolds use the same bolts though. I did see a back to back dyno comparison of a 3/8" spacer and if I can remember correctly it showed a 2-3rwkw and 5Nm improvement.
