well one would still think it would fit as the e-series bay is bout the same as a AU-on if not but bigger so should all drop in im still thinking.
obviously the gimpy and a oxy torch will become the most used tools in the shed.

And that's only the 4.6L, the 5.4 has a taller deck height, so is wider, and the BOSS plenum is taller again. They're huge motors. There's zero room in my engine bay.

How many f**k times do I have to say It?????
They fall in there! Hell if I can fit the bloody V10 in my XG why the hell wouldn't any other modular fit in an engine bay that's 100mm wider!? Get the Iron block Supercharged 4.6 '03 Cobra engine. You can get em for less than 12k brand new and they are so strong you can just keep putting bigger and bigger blowers or turbos on them without opening the engine! This is the cheapest way to get 800+rwhp without hardly trying. And Gav you're on the wrong site...you wan't www.f**k.com |

I think the heads were a 2v iirc, still the same monster size as per most modulars..

They are smaller yes but the E-series engine bay is slightly wider across the shock towers than a BA so you're already in front there. |

can anyone with a tape measure and a dohc boss motor go and measure the width. And someone measure the width on the eseries engine bay between the strut towers. Problem solved haha
