hi. i am thinking of buyin a second hand capa flash tuner but the person doesnt know much about it as he got it from some friend that doesnt talk to him or somthin. anyway my questions are: is it possible to know if the tuner has been set back to factory settings before buying it and it being unuseable. and: how much would it cost to get the tuner reset so i can use it on my car?? any help thnxx
