iv just brougt a nc 5l mont for its drive line for a xf ute but i want to convert back to carb for buget reason its only for a skid car so i dont want to spend money on computers and tuning ...
and are carb,d manifolds easly avalible for these moters?

you'll need an early type manifold, carby and a distributor. All can still be bought new (ie Edelbrock, Holley, MSD) but scour the quokka for 2nd hand stuff if its a burnout car only.

is distributer same as early 302 i would like to have no computer at all i want it the same as a 302 im would just use a carb,d 302 but this moter is like new...

u will have to get another dizzy but have a look on ebay as ive seen electronic old style for 90 buks so thats cheap should be able to find early manifold and holley easily enough.

finaly pick;t up car yestaday its all basicly the same as a normal 302 all can be easly anoth sorced .... cars guttles too lol think cam lobes are gone new bigger cams comin any way but i think ill have too rebuild the engine too now another $780 shame its ment to be on a bugtet...
