only the 302 fits in the ea26 chassis and the cleveland don't fit in that chassis so only the windsor will do.

Clevo will fit and 351 Windsor will fit with slight bonnet clearance issues.

You will need to keep your EFI so that is going to limit your selection.

A cleveland block will fit, and it will all fit under the bonnet too (we just put the scoop on for looks)
I set the motor right back so I could get away with using the std tailshaft, the heaterbox had to go and the firewall smacked in a bit. If you are willing to get a custom tailshaft made, then you can bring the motor forward and sit it a fair bit lower. You will need to use custom extractors, or cast manifolds though. Extractors are 4 into 1's i think they off an XD, but not 100% as they were given to me. You can modify an AU starter to work with the clevo too, you just need to cut one rib off the snout. At the rate XD-E-F falcons are getting scrapped due to rust and clagged crossflows, soon the EA-D will be the only thing you can put a clevo into!
If i wasn't messing with other cars i would probably do it just for fun (plenty of clevo's at my house). *I had always thought there might have been some minor bracketry issues with p/s and alternator relocations. Sump i'm not sure about but looks to be in a similar space as the 4.0?

alternator, just use the bosch ones that fit the clevo's. Power steering pump, I used the EA one with a bracket I made. Sumps not a problem.
