Just wondering, ive never done a clutch change on a car before and was wondering whether i should give it a go or pay to get it done professionally?

Ive got a mate that has offered to help, hes also done a clutch change on his el xr6 before. My car is an el xr8.

Also, how much would i be looking at paying just for labour alone?

If anyone knows, would crescent motorsport in liverpool do the job? relaible? (Ie. where the sydney dyno day at the end of last year was..)

They can do it no big deal for mech shop..
ring them...There are also specific clutch places around that specialise in this...

Yeah i imagined that there'd be a few around..
Problem is though, finding someone thats reputable..
Could you suggest any specialists in the sydney metro?
