Hi Guys,

Had to replace the thermostat housing and replaces the cooling hoses in the process but have had trouble with the hose going from the thermostat housing to the engine. Can anyone tell me if it is a moulded hose. I would ask Ford but when I went to them about a new Thermostat housing they could even get me the right one. The engine is for an XH XR8.

Yes it is a molded hose, Ford will br after about the $20 mark for it too.

Gates make them so any auto shop can get one for you. The L shaped one from water pump to housing isn't cheap..
