You have the entire harness for the whole car or just part of it?

Ok, if you use all the EF instruments etc it will work. You may have harness length and plug problems with the rest of the vehicle though being a SWB harness in a LWB car. Otherwise you'd need to splice the EEC harness into the DA harness to allow you too keep your stock instruments for which you'd need to run another wire for the temp gauge and wire in your tacho feed.

Not sure how QLD works but would think engineering will be required as EA etc didn't come with a V8. Also probably need to meet EPA for 94/95 regulations as the motor is from those years.

DA shouldn't be a problem to make a V8 especially as there's no real difference between it and DC. As the engine is from an EF it will meet those regs. Of course, they are dumb C*** in those departments so who knows what s**t they'll come up with?
