NO. They have the "Design 3" plugs. You can't even fit the AU loom, different main plug. I have seen adapters on eBay to fit the D3 plugs.

i think B.P.T. sell the adaptor, fly lead or whatever it was called so you can run the blue top 24lb injectors in an e series.

You can use them YES. But with the E series loom, NO. I have the two types of injector and two types of loom sitting right beside me. Very different.

You can buy the plugs to suit or get an au harness and chop it up :D

Ford Racing make "plug and play" adaptors to fit the AU (EV6) injectors into the E-series (EV1).

http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/pa ... Field=9669

These are exactly what i use on my ute.

Thats ok then lol. Brings me to a question, i currently have the metal body Blue top 24lb'ers in at the moment, would running the AU Blues be any better?

If by metal blues you mean Ford Motorsports then they are 24lb.
The AU blues might possibly be 21lb, not 100% sure.

AU V8's got either 19lb injectors (early S1) or 24lb jobbies
