If you line up at the lights with another car especially when you know you are going to get a good run do you (a) back off once you hit the speed limit (b)just try and push the acelerator threw the floor to win (c)cruise a bit above the limit to keep up?

I only attempt this on open roads with no traffic if possible although its fun when you box other people in and always check on ramps and brushie breaks in the median strip/road islands as you never know if a cop is around

The local piggies are around every friggin corner in my area the last few months (Sutherland, Sydney) hence my first ticket (got off for good behaviour) - really puts me on edge. Fed up with having to check the speedo every few minutes or every time I go near somewhere I think the pricks could be hiding. I really think its excessive at the moment.

Its only lately I've actually driven at 50 in a 50 zone I'm so s**t scared.

Driving aint fun anymore......

the police presence from Parramatta to Penrith is stagnent compared to the rest of Sydney as there is alot more area's to cover with the population of people not being bunched up I was born & bred in the eastern suburbs and the pigs down there are f**k where as out here they only hassel you if you are known to them or you are being stupid.
I've only being pulled over for RBT's out here where as in the eastern subs the pigs will pull you over if they dont like the look of you!

hate to break it to you, before you even see the cop you are a goner.
Once you see him he will already be on the road with that yellow vest signalling you to pull over, i know this be experience :)

To the speed limit, the loser always hammers on past after that though  No way I would try that s**t on NSW roads though! OMG I didn't think they could be THAT s**t LOL.
I like where I work, on a great road, never any cops (nowhere to hide) so if I want to have a blast to 150/160 it's no problem (never with a passenger or in poor conditions!) - not that I ever have.... wouldn't want to be breaking the law now would we :P

Yeah I will always back off on City roads as Cops up here in Brisbane have to much time on their hands and like to set up a lot of stealthy Speed traps for unwary Interstate and out of town drivers.

Up here in Cairns, there are many straights on the highway that are completely open, no bushes for the cameras to hide, nothing that cops can hide behind so we tend to hammer along there, f**k the speed limit i say, they tend to back off, so i just keep going to prove a point... god i love my V8 :P
