Whats the low down with underdrive pulley sets in the E series?

I was looking at a set from BPT but just about died when i saw them for $285 AU.

There are Anodized Trickflow ones on eBay for about 80-90 US to suit the 94/95 Mustang (correct crank pulley for E series 5.0) Now I've heard these don't fit.... WHY NOT?

What specifically needs to be done to make them fit? As i want to fit a set of the Blue anodized ones, but BPT only do a set in Black at $285........
