here is a better idea of the difference in width of the intake bowl
NB: the valve stem is 0.340" dia

Better to make weights out of these than home port a set of AFR's and make a set of weights out of them a) because they cost more b) they aint as heavy LOL

ok, here is my 1st effort on the intake. these have only been roughed out with a rotary file so far (note the un-smoothed gouges in the intake bowl). They still need grinding, sanding & polishing, as well as 1.94" & 1.6" valve seats cut. The deck face will also be shaved to gain some compression. the main aim is to gain airflow all the way to .550" lift (or thereabouts)

Here is the exhaust. once again, only rotary filed so far. at the exit, the floor and roof are about where they started, but the shape has been altered greatly. the added volume came from widening, especially the radius of the floor.
