He means a bracket and pulley that fits in place when A/C is not factory installed, i.e. absence of the compressor.

Blueprinted what is the part number of the belt you got? what is the length required?
Blown NC.... try and measure the length you need with a rope.... I think the length is part of the part number and try and get one that way.

yeah, ford quoted me $290 for the bracket that holds the power steer and air con pulley, ive finally snapped at their shocking customer service in my home town and i will try to either track down a second hand bracket, run a shorter belt, or in the end give up and buy the bracket.

You can buy an A/C eliminator pulley for stuff all from ford racing, last one I bought was at southside ford, and from memory, it was only 80 bucks

stock belt is a 6Pk2685 (6pk= 6 ribs to the belt) (2685 = lenght in MM)
so if you wanted one 6.5cm shorter it should be a 6pk2015 not sure if you'll get one 2015 I know their's one 2005 (10mm shorter)

as for price i'd get s**t if they tryed to charge more the $30 for a stock or $25 for a short.
