What is the usual time frame for your ecu to learn any engine mods ?
Ive just recently installed a new cam and done a little head work and im just curious as to how long before the computer re-learns and settles things down a bit
The cam was a Crane 2020
Head shaved to bring compression up to 9.5:1
Port and polish and match porting on the intake
3 angle valve cut
Roller rockers and double valve springs
1/2 inch phenolic spacer
Pacemaker tri-y's and twin 2 1/2 exhaust

Next step is the dyno tune and ecu re-programed at a later stage of course , just blew the budget on the rebuild lol
Oh the car is an AU XR8 ute series 1

EEC relearn doesn't take long at all, 100kms or so is all it needs but the majority of its learning will be done within a few minutes after an EEC reset. If you haven't already, reset the EEC by leaving the battery off for an hour or so, then let it idle for 5-10mins then take it for a drive mainly using light throttle / cruising as that is the only place the EEC learns.
