Is it possible to put a newer 8 into an ed? Just trying to chase a ed 5 litre with reasonably low kms and cant really find anything ... maybe conversion might be the option if its relativly cheap...

I am also chasing a 5liter. But im thinking that it will be easier to get an EF/EL v8 as ED seem to be limited... Windsor 302 5liter v8's will basically fit right in. I think you only need to change the engine mounts to v8 ones. Then run your EF/EL wiring loom and computer and presto lol...bit easier sed then done tho lol. Anyone want to sell me their 5 liter?
