Hey guys, I'm just wondering if anyone can help, I recently pulled the i6 out of my EF and put in a V8 out of another EF. Everything is working fine but there is a oil leak somewhere and I can't find it. It wasn't leaking in the previous car but I just can't see where its coming from. It drips on the ground about in line with firewall. I realize without seeing it you'd find it difficult to pinpoint but I'm just after any ideas. Cheers

Either rear of rocker covers or rear main seal.

Always start at top, as oil drips down....obviously. It also gets blown/washed/thrown around... Id wash the engine really well, then start my search.... Is the oil viscosity too thin?
Also, not meaning any offence, are the r/c gskts fitted properly, you cleaned both surfaces, used a dab of sealant, torqued the bolts up enough/didnt over tighten or pinch something? Just an suggestion... Also, youll have to recheck the bolts again in a few days/weeks after doing it.... Its strange its flowing out like that for 10mins and cant be found, id freak if mine was doing that...
