Ive looked all thru the tech doco's pages and can find nothing?
i would like to install a over ride switch to turn my thermo fans on to full speed when the switch is on,and when off it returns to factory set up.
please a how to for novices such as myself,being very straight forward and easy to understand, what parts to buy and a simple easy to follow wiring diagram etc.
one that will definately work well and not interfere with any other of the vehicles systems.
my car is a 1995 ef series 1 v8 auto with factory thermo fans with 4 relays near the airbox.
any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Just use a 4 pole dual position rotary switch from Jaycar. Cut the 4 wires going from the ecu to each fan relay. Connect the fan side of these wires up to each of the 4 switch wipers. Connect the 4 cut wires from the ecu to position A for each pole, and connect an earth to position B for each pole.

With switch in position A = ecu control. Switch in position B = all fans on

wipers,poles ??????????
please explain!
any other ideas anyone!!
