Hi all, need some help here with some advice.

I have a EF XR8 and want to do alloy heads, cam, lifters, intake.
So far I have picked out the heads Ford SB 289 302 351 Windsor 190cc 62cc Hydraulic Flat Assembled Cylinder Heads
Cam BLUE RACER HYD CAMSHAFT 218/228 @.050 CD972801 SUIT FORD WINDSOR 289-302CI V8
Ford 5.0L EFI 1986-93 Qualifier Complete Intake Manifold.

Will I have to get a new after market ECU? And if so any recommendations? Also can I go to a duel plane manifold with a sniper EFI holley or will I have emission issues?

Thanks, first time doing such mods and any advice is welcome.

You can get away without tuning on that.
Although that is the wrong cam for your engine. You need a Hydraulic Roller cam. Like for example a Comp XE270HR.
A dual plane intake is a backward step.
That Qualifier intake is a basically a copy of an Edelbrock Performer. Try to get the actual Edelbrock one.
Is this car an auto?
