I am installing a new crane 2030 into my EL V8. I think from memory that the dizzy gear is steel on these late model ford 5.0's. Can someone confirm though? Wondering whether I need to buy a new dizzy gear. Also having difficulty determining the size required as there are 3 sizes to get. Anyone able to confirm what the size should be IF I require a new gear drive?

All 5.0L Falcon engines already have steel gears for the roller cam. It will work fine on your new Crane cam.
