Hi ,
Can anyone put me onto a reputable exhaust specialist in Adelaide or preferably the western suburbs. The centre and only muffler has had the fritz.
I thought since I'm having some work done anyway, I might spend a few extra "oxfords" and sport the system,(sounds fairly mild to me). I'm not after extra performance, just a good note. I'm sure the extractors and cats are healthy so won't change these but the rest......open to suggestions?
Regards,
Gary.

I recently got a full exhaust done on my EL2 XR8 in Adelaide and I am pretty happy with it. Only problem I have is that it knocks around a bit on large bumps. The place was called Exhaust Techniques. WWW.exhausttechniques.com.au ask for Dave, they have only just done mine in the last few months.

Thanks for that. When you say your exhaust "knocks around" on some bumps, is your car lower than standard? or do you get a knock, say going over a speed hump?

Stock suspension. It just knocks a bit when driving along and I go over a bump in the road when the suspension jars a bit. I think that it might just be the fact that I have twin 3 inch tips on the back. It could be just them hitting the bumper as it is pretty close. When I first got it done it was hitting the sway bar on large bumps but I took it back the next day and they just had to turn one of the flanges around. I liked the way the ended up doing it. The exhaust is fully flanged so each section can be unbolted if need be instead of having to be cut off.
