from somewhere else?

Ebay, Repco, Supercheap...Heaps of places. If they don't stock it that can get it in for you. You could always see your local radiator place too.

Nope the E series V8 top radiator hose is genuine Ford only.
They don't do them aftermarket.
Sit down before you get the price.............

I figured that if it was genuine only it would be a bit pricey.
Thanks guys.

Genuine only?

A quick search on eBay has plenty of results for OEM top radiator hoses to suit e series falcons.

E series is only gen ford
On eBay for around 65 now

You can make/fix your own using an inline thermo sensor adapter and a right angle brass fitting but it doesn't quite look right. Works though

I didn't like the idea of paying for a new top hose, and they have a tendancy to leak, so I made up this piece. Image
I can now just go to repco or similar and just match up the 2 pieces of hose to something else that has similar bends.

Thats swish as! The only thing I just cant manage to do myself to a decent standard is weld...

If you included the elbows in the steel pipe you wouldnt need to match up hose bends... Just a thought.

Yeah I got a mate to weld it. Matching up the bends isn't too hard, standard 6cyl Top hose, and Nissan X Trail lower hose does it from memory.
