Hey everyone,

In the next few months i am going to start getting parts to rebuild my engine. I've decided on Comp Cams Xtreme Stage 4 cams, apart from the cams i know i need to get Beehive springs, what else do i need to be getting and where is a good place to get it from?

And while i have the heads off i'm thinking about getting it port polished, what kind of gains will i get from that as i've been told by a few people that it's not worth doing.

I also don't know if it's worth rebuilding the bottom end while i'm at it too, and if it should be done what to get so any advice would be good.

Thanks, Mark

The engine has around 110k on it so it's getting a lil tired now. I want to build a good N/A engine, nothing too extreme but have some good power and high torque.
