I have a 1989 F150 4X4 with a 5 speed manual gearbox.I am in the process of removing the 302W and installing a 5.4L boss with a Harrop supercharger. Has anyone done this swap before I rang around Brisbane but they all said they have not done it or herd of any one . just want to know if there is going to be any problems with the gearbox or transfer case.

Is it the ZF gearbox? I believe you can get a modular bell ZF but I don't know if it has modular vehicle specific transfer case.
BPT(check the sponsors forums) have done a 3V 5.4 into an early 2WD F-series which means they have the PCM side of things covered.
