The basics from here would be some a set of aftermarket headers, high-flow cats & shorter diff gears if your running a auto.

After this is starts to cost $$$ to extract some more power. Usually you'd look at changing the cam out and doing a custom tune among other things.

Thanks i took my car to my cousin and he put the 3" system on with hiflow mufflers etc and he reckoned the extractors did not make much difference to what i had.
What diff do i go for or do i change the guts inside or use lower tyres i run 285x35x18 bridgestone on the rear and 265x35x18 are on front at the moment.

If your running a Auto I would go for 3.9's if you do a mix or city and highway. 4.11's if its mostly city driving. 'You already have a LSD so its a matter of changing the guts although they are easy to f**k up so unless you really know what your doing your better taking it to a diff place. You will use abit more fuel obviously but it's not much considering the pick up you will achieve.

I don't know if its worth changing the tickford headers to aftermarket. Someone else might be able to shed some light. I know the headers on the normal ford 5ltr's like mine are s**t.
