wouldn't run well or be cheaper. Injected gas doesn't have the ability to run that much power

the question is. why? don't own a car like that if you can't afford to run/maintain it

woa you guys are quik to jump onto people tonite.

all he asked was would it run well on lpg and maybe for personel preference would it be cheaper.

67rce: he never gave a power figure so what was that answer based on?..

wildeb: he could be a millionare.. he just wants to know for his own references if it would be cheaper over petrol.

xr9ute: do you have anythin to back up this blunt answer?

The answer was based on flow rates of an LPG injector. They maxx out at about 250rwkw Boss 290 + blower WILL be above 340rwkw

I'll approach this from a different angle. IF YOU CAN GET IT TO WORK, do it !!! it'd be heaps different and COOL. But I think these guys are right to an extent, injected Gas will struggle to keep up with the demand, but maybe look at adapting some sort of old school Gas mixer, then you might be in bussiness, I'd be looking along the lines of a Gas Reaseach setup or maybe 2x Impco 425's, adapting them up might be the tricky bit though

Good Luck,

Gab

You can make anything happen if you throw enough money at it. I wouldn't reccomend it though. If your going to run a GT on LPG then i suggest instead of supercharging it go and buy a motorbike, bang for your buck performance right there :)

U can do it in the right hands but i would say that to make the conversion cost worth wild u will need to cover at least 20.000kms per year, and keep the car for about 3-3.5 just to make break even on conversion cost.
