so 52 psi minus 12lbs boost? What are these delivery map's? Never heard or seen one?

Here ya go. It's not as detailed as a proper fuel pump map but the pump is certainly big enough to do the job for you.

thanks! So you control the pressure with the voltage or do yo use the reg?

No the reg controls the pressure no matter what the voltage is. Changing the voltage will have an effect on flow.

40psig accross the injector is the target. Rail pressure varies in responce to the vacuum/pressure within the intake manifold, so its quite ambiguous under what coditions this should be set. A rail pressure reading could be anything from about 30psig at idle (vacuum at -10psig) to 55psig at 15lbs boost. Rail pressure should equal pressure accross the injector when the engine is not running but the fuel pump is running (zero vacuum/pressure in the intake manifold). Rail pressure is used to verify that the pump fuel flow is sufficient ie pressure does not drop off but continues to rise as boost pressure increases.

Yes 40Lb rail pressure [40 to 45] Plus boost.. As said above..
Which hardly needs explaining... Set with fuel reg hose disconnected..
The std fuel reg and rail won't be big enough for this power level..
Let the tuner work it out.. That pump is big enough for 800 H.P...
A bigger pump is only going to heat up your fuel...
With out an electronic fuel pump regulator to slow it down at low boost..
Or two pumps where one turns on at pres-set boost..
This can be a worry if it doesn't switch on though.. KISS systems work better...
Btw what sort of fuel reg these days runs at static rail pressure ???
Most N/A fuel regs work with with boost... The std 5.0 works well up to 300 rwkw..

cool. So i don't need to upgrade to the a1000 eliminator for 800 hp. So do i need some other component to control the pump for low boost/ idle periods?

The only reason you need to change anything is due to flow from std EFI fuel system on a falcon etc..
For one the fuel reg will do fine until you either need to change fuel pressure due to std are not adjustable.. Two.. When fuel rails, lines etc are increased and the fuel reg is NOT big enough to handle the extra flow..
Here is how I set mine up with fuel reg at the front.. Keep lines away from heat as much as possible..
