I have just recieved my Victor Rails from Edelbrock. According to the Mallory raisl instruction kit you shouldnt use stock rails with anything bigger than 19lb injectors, go fidure. I am running the stockers atm, and have seen 216rwkw on NOS and it maintained 40psi for the full run, so i am not sure of the limit of the rails. I am running 30lb injectors ATM.
The Edelbrock items are bare rails, i now need the rear crossover, and an inlet and outlet as well as a reg for controlling the pressure Brett

All you need do is cut of the factory ends which are the restriction.

so what i understand by your comment pete is that with a minor mod to the rails they will perform quite well.
do you know of any pictures' or links of a modified fuel rails?

do you know of any pictures' or links of a modified fuel rails? Here's a pic of my 351C rails. These are originally F-series 351W rails hence the rear attachment. The principle is the same though. Cut off the stock ends and braze some AN fittings on. Although not really necessary you can drill out the holes in the tube above each injector opening, being careful of course, not to drill right through the other side. They'll support about 650hp. I ran 36's on the cleveland to about 380rwhp(450ish fly) with no probelms. |

The guys with turbo motors say 500 h.p is about there limit.. So what Pete says N/A is about right...
We made our own rails with alloy fuel rail bar.. We drilled 13mm holes at 25* angle and used weld on connectors...
