Just after abit of help as I am not very mechanically minded.
Looking to buy an AU 5 litre and am having a look at one on Saturday. I am told it had brand new GT40 heads and a big crane cam fitted 3 months ago. Is there an easy way I can tell these are new and that they are actually GT40 heads buy looking at them baring in mind that i wouldn't know the difference between stock heads and the GT40 heads? |

Au got gt40p heads standard, maybe they are gt40x or the ported tickford 40p,s

Maybe by "New" the seller just means the top end was rebuilt when the cam was done?
As milo said, all AU's run GT40's.
