Pics will help a lot, but I hazard a guess at the EGR throttle body plate which has two hoses connected to it for coolant.

My guess is possibly the two EGR supply lines aswell.

Yep they look like the coolant supply lines to the EGR spacer. Which is the spacer that sits between the throttle body and the inlet manifold. Is there two barbs sticking out of this spacer with no hoses going to them?

Okay, got slightly confuse with the size of the hosing.
If it is the two hoses coming off those T-pieces it will be the supply lines to the LPG convertor. Is the LPG convertor fitted to the vehicle? Coz i notice the Vapour supply fitting on the Mixer ring is capped off?

Ah if theres no LPG anymore then definately, remove the T pieces and fit two 5/8" straight hose barb joiners. Or even better, go to repco etc and get two of those heater hoses new and fit them.
Also, remove that mixer ring from the throttle body and fit the intake pipe straight back onto the throttle body to remove that unnecessary restriction. Help, not a problem, thats what the forums are for.
