Hi Guys
I have got a BA GT-P which has cat back exhaust and a growler cold air intake. When you put your foot into it sometimes it hesitates for a split second - its like no air, fuel whatever and then has a cough and its all go again. It was doing this before I fitted the Growler and I thought it might come good after the fitment. Could it be a problem with the accelerator pedal etc and have an electrical fault at a certain point, if so is it easy to trace and if a new unit is fitted does it have to be reprogrammed etc any help appreciated, thanks

You could try reset your throttle. Turn on the reds, put the accelerator flat to the floor and whilst flat attempt to start the car for about 5 seconds ( It wont fire ). Turn off ignition then start the car normally and see how you go.

Is it auto? A lot of automatic cars I have driven lag a bit as it seems the auto ecu is briefly trying to figure out which gear it should be in based on your throttle/speed etc.
